This year, we have added an essay portion to our requirements. Essays do not need to be long and may be written by the youth or their parents. Please use the essay portion to share with us your circumstances. We receive numerous registrations and with limited funds, so we want to make sure that those who truly need it the most are the ones receiving the help. The date by which you complete the sign up and the essay portion will both play a part in the selection process.

NOTE: We wish we could provide for everyone. Unfortunately, we can only help as many as our funds will allow. If we are unable to help you this year, please fill out the sign up and essay portion as soon as possible to better your chances for the upcoming year. As part of the mission for the Friends for Football Foundation, we also want to supply you with a pair of new cleats. We will contact those who have been chosen and ask for a shoe size. Please be aware that the shoes may not be returned to us. We can only send one pair at the requested size. There may be a shoe store in your area that will allow for returns but we ask that you give us an accurate size for the cleats so we can avoid any returns.
